In just a few hours after entering into the contract can start working on their new space.

If I have problems with air conditioning, cleaning or the Homeowners´ Association of the facilities or premises?

Yes, all business centers AFFIRMA have at least two conference rooms. Some centers have even more than 8 conference rooms.

If I am a client of the business center do I have a right to any bonification for the use of the conference room?

Yes, all our clients have rental discounts available for use of the conference rooms.

In addition to renting the rooms, can I order catering?

Yes, we have catering service for hot or cold meals. We provide you with a complete menu from which to choose from.

What technology is provided in the conference rooms?

Conference rooms are provided with optical fiber, internet, ceiling-mounted projector, professional multi-conference, wifi access and air conditioning.

For how long can you rent the meeting and conference rooms?

For hours, days or months. Full time, part-time or even at weekends.

What kind of meetings can I hold?

Meetings where you want to offer image and representation to your company. Board meetings of shareholders, board of directors, commercial meetings, product presentation, etc. ....

As often as you choose. Normally on a daily or weekly basis if it is not urgent.
