FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Investment and profitability will depend on the number of square metres of office space and business centre location. For a 500m² office the financial data might look like this:

Investment in fixed assets - from €200,000

Average annual billing over the first five years: €230,000

Profitability:

• First year: – 20% / investment
• Second year: + 18% / revenues
• Third year: + 23% / revenues
• Fourth year: + 27% / revenues
• Fifth year: + 30%/ revenues
