AFFIRMA business centres offer an alternative to traditional office rental which will improve your productivity and save you costs.
You pay only for the space you use, which you can change according to your needs.
The rental charged for the floor space or office includes a large number of services and expenses: receptionists, cleaning, electricity, water, community charges, maintenance, etc.
Your floor space or office is fully equipped: optic fibre internet connection, telephone, furniture, air conditioning and decoration.

What kind of floor space or offices can I find in AFFIRMA CENTROS DE NEGOCIOS?
Professional offices are usually for one or two people looking to have a spacious, comfortable office that allows them to carry out their business activity.
Floor space is for between two and 20 workstations. The spaces are comfortable, extensive and fully equipped for daily work.
What do I have to do if I want to increase or reduce the size of my floor space?
You just have to inform reception, and subject to availability we will make the change as soon as possible.
Can I choose the furniture for my floor space or office?

How soon can I start working if I rent floor space or an office at AFFIRMA?
In just a few hours after signing the contract you can start working in your new office.
If I have problems with the air conditioning, cleaning or something to do with the owners association, who will take care of it for me?
AFFIRMA staff will resolve these matters. You need only worry about your work. We take care of the rest.
MEETING ROOMS
Do AFFIRMA’s business centres have meeting rooms?
Yes, all AFFIRMA’s business centres have at least two meeting rooms. Some centres have as many as eight meeting rooms.
As a customer renting floor space or an office, am I entitled to any reduction in charges for using the meeting rooms?
Yes, all our floor space or office rental customers receive discounts for the use of the meeting rooms.
As well as renting the meeting room, can I also arrange catering?
Yes, we have a catering service offering cold buffets or hot meals. We will send you a menu.
What technology do the meeting rooms have?
They have optical fibre internet connection, installed projectors, professional multi-conferencing, WiFi access and air conditioning.
For how long can the meeting rooms be rented?
By the hour, day or month; whole days, half days or even weekends.
What kind of meetings can I hold?
Meetings in which you want to present image and standing for your company. Annual shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, sales meetings, product presentations, etc.
VIRTUAL OFFICE
What is the VIRTUAL OFFICE service?
It is a service that includes your floor space or office, your postal address and your reception services, without the need for you to be there physically.
It is ideal for companies that make little use of physical presence in their office, or for businesses wishing to establish a presence in other cities without having a physical office. Whether or not you are in the office, we will answer your calls in the name of your company.
How can an SME benefit from an AFFIRMA virtual office?

AFFIRMA’s reception service will answer your calls in the name of your company and divert them to the number you indicate to us. We can handle your voicemail, and you can use a physical office by the hour, day or month, or if you prefer, you can use our meeting rooms.
How can the virtual office help me if I work from home?
With AFFIRMA’s virtual office you will have addresses in the main financial districts of the cities of Madrid, Barcelona and Beijing. Your incoming calls will be answered in the name of your company and your correspondence will be kept for you to come and collect, or sent onto the address you give us.
Is the virtual office very expensive compared with conventional office space?
Compared with renting a small conventional office space, the virtual office can be up to 20 times more economical.
Can I contract only the call answering service in the name of my company?
Yes, you can. You choose how to configure your virtual office. You can opt for us to answer your calls in the name of your company, or alternatively to automatically divert all your calls to a landline or mobile phone.
If I receive urgent or registered correspondence, how do you proceed?
If it is urgent, we contact you, on the day we receive it, through the means you have indicated - telephone, e-mail, etc.
How often can I come and collect my company’s or business’s correspondence?
As often as you like - normally daily or weekly, unless it is urgent.
